In reality the “energy” we are chasing is simple mental alertness and it’s no secret that coffee, sugar & cigarettes contain chemicals that stimulate your brain, giving you the mental alertness we mistakenly call energy.

Here are ways to get more energy naturally:


1. Eat Smaller & More Frequent Unprocessed Meals:

Eat breakfast, avoid high carbohydrate lunch and dinner. Eat little and often and every 3-4 hours for the rest of the day. Research shows that eating a breakfast helps control appetite and increase mental alertness all morning.



2. Do not skip breakfast and rely on a coffee to get you through the day:

Got no time – make time you’re an adult you can get up 10 minutes earlier to eat a healthier breakfast.


3. Eat only whole, natural foods such as vegetables, fruits, protein, raw nuts,

green teas, water.


4. Exercise

It doesn’t matter what time you exercise just be consistent. Take action and get moving. Focus on strength training for 20 minutes followed by a brief interval training session to boost your metabolism all day long. Exercise is a drug like caffeine & nicotine, exercise causes the release of many hormones into your blood stream, resulting in mental stimulation and an improved sense of overall well-being.
